#28 Back in Action

IQ-Racings Aled Jones is back in action with a new bike and restored enthusiasm and is looking forward to the new season !

2011 turned out to be an unhappy season for Aled. The season started with a new bike and a change of manufacturer to a fully equipped Honda that took a little getting used to. The first few races showed reasonable results yet Aled just didn't settle and remained unsure of the bike. Aled also suffered serious arm pump and after only 3 races of the season finished Aled decided to take the rest of the year off. 

Decisions have been made that the riding style combined with the power of the Honda just haven't suited Aled. Although the Honda is a championship winning bike it is suited to the bigger rider who likes the fierce power and this combination has meant that Aled just hasn't felt comfortable or settled on this bike.

With the new season looming Aled has decided on a new bike and another change in manufacturer to a 2011 Yamaha 450R This lighter frame with fuel injection makes a better match to Aled's size and riding style. Aled is once again full of enthusiasm and is practising getting used to the new bike preparing for the new race season.

IQ-Racing can't wait to see him back in the saddle !
